Patrick began working with Appraisal Associates in January 2011, where he concentrates in the area of commercial real estate valuation and consulting. In 2013 Patrick assumed ownership of Appraisal Associates and currently manages the firm’s operation. Patrick has experience providing valuations and consulting services for a wide variety of properties including multi-family, residential, and commercial subdivision development, single and multi-tenant retail and office, medical facilities, worship centers, industrial facilities, daycares, c-stores, agricultural and other special purpose properties. Patrick is a candidate for the CCIM Designation. Patrick is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club of Carrollton and West Metro Board of Realtors.

Paula Deese
Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser in Georgia

Paula Deese began work with Appraisal Associates in November 2009, where she concentrates in the area of residential real estate appraising.  Paula has 25+ years of experience in residential appraising and appraisal management.  From 1993 to 2008, Paula was the head of the appraisal department at Citizens Bank & Trust of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia.  Paula has provided litigation consulting and preformed expert witness work in many Georgia Counties.

Amy Bright Moll
Certified General Real Property Appraiser in Georgia

Amy began working with Appraisal Associates in July 2015, where she concentrates in the area of commercial real estate appraising. Amy is a Certified General Appraiser and is currently a practicing affiliate with The Appraisal Institute. Amy majored in Real Estate at the University of West Georgia, where she graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in 2006.  Amy went on to work as a staff appraiser between 2007-2011 at The Appraisal Group, Inc. located in Atlanta, GA where she gained experience providing valuations for a wide variety of commercial properties; including multi-family, residential and commercial subdivision development, single and multi-tenant retail and office, medical facilities, industrial facilities, daycares and other special purpose properties.  Amy also has a background in client and data management as a regional account manager with Yardi Systems, an industry leader in property management software systems and solutions.

Tiffany Davis
Associate Appraiser

Tiffany began working with Appraisal Associates in July 2015, where she concentrates in the area of residential real estate appraising. Tiffany graduated from the University of West Georgia in 2012 with a degree in Economics.  Prior to appraising, Tiffany worked in appraisal management with MountainSeed Appraisal Management in Atlanta, Georgia. She has a background in market research and analysis from her time at UWG as a Student Research Assistant and Intern with the Carroll Tomorrow program at the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce. Tiffany is currently pursuing her Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser’s license.
